Grants:
Grants are available to residents of Rutland County, Vermont.

School Year Grant requests are reviewed by the Hayes board on a rolling basis, and grants are awarded similarly. Please refer to the School Year Grants page for more information.

Summer Study Grant requests are reviewed by the Hayes board each spring after the May 1 deadline. Please refer to the Summer Study Grants information to see the types of programs we fund.

All applicants will need to download and complete the appropriate grant application forms.

IMPORTANT: Instructions are included with the grant packet. Please read and follow them carefully. We are unable to consider applications that are incorrectly completed, incomplete or late.

If your program does not automatically provide a grade or evaluation, we request that OUR Post-Program Evaluation form be completed by your program director, conductor or instructor.

All forms have been designed to be completed electronically, saved and emailed back to us.

Forms may also be printed out, completed manually, and sent by U.S. Mail
