All forms must be completed online; we do not accept mailed applications.
PLEASE NOTE:
For ALL AGES, It is expected that the STUDENT will answer the questions without adult input on their responses. Parents may help with relevant financial information and other factual details.
K-6 STUDENTS may have their parents enter the responses for them; however, we require the actual responses to come from the students themselves without undue parental editing. Of course, we expect parents will help the student complete the financial information portion of the application.
We do not accept applications from parents advocating for or applying on behalf of their children.
